I am a freelance photographer working and living in Georgia, USA.
I am the official photographer for OPAS - Oconee Performing Arts Society, which allows me to go behind the scenes and cover their amazing events that are held throughout the year.
My articles and photography on wildlife travel have been published in the Georgia magazine 'Lakelife' and I also work for a gated community monthly magazine 'Inside the Gates' doing their featured articles and cover.
I am the Dining Editor for Smith Communications, Eatonton, GA, which involves me doing interviews and photography of area restaurants in the five counties including private club community dining. I also cover various assignments for all the newspapers and magazines owned by Smith Communications.
I won "Photo of the Year 2015" and in 2016 got third in Feature Photography from the Georgia Press Associaton. I won my first International Award in 2012, receiving a Gold medal for my photograph "Toast Monkey" which can be seen on this website. I have recently won Photo of the Day in the WWF and have won numerous awards for my photography.
Several wildlife photographic series have been sold through European publishing houses and have featured in full page spreads in UK newspapers.
My work can be seen at the Artisans Gallery in Eatonton and some are also located at the Farmers & Merchants Bank, Harmony Crossing, Eatonton. I am a member of the GA Press Association and the Artisans Gallery.
I self published my first photographic book "Jaguars of the Pantanal" in 2014 and further books are in the works.
I am available for family & pet portraits, headshots, corporate work, special events and wildlife photography.
